Luciano Soprani
Full of good taste, simplicity and the lines and cuts on every garment that identify the brand, Luciano Soprani´s collections had captured one of the most interesting proposals at Milan’s latest fashion shows.
With his latest collection the firm shared the idea of urban glamour with strapless fluid long dresses, architectural silhouettes in pastel colors, interplay of fabrics, twin top sets, double breasted jackets, three piece outfits with maxi blazer box sleeves, layering all of them to put up the final look.
With a unique, sophisticated and disciplined tailoring on both women and men’s gowns, the brand headed now a days by Alessandro Turci who has successfully managed the brand towards this century, envisioning the future by printing his own mark with details such as shiny colors and fabrics, fluid short and long dresses, interplay of fabrics, geometrical and powerful accessories, continuing the legacy left by Luciano Soprani after his death in 1999.
The Luciano Soprani house was born in 1982, after Mr. Soprani freelanced for houses like Max Mara and Gucci. Since its beginnings the house settled its style by unique fashion statements choosing from utterly feminine pieces up to his tailored and colorful men’s suits and silk evening gowns, creating a street-easy couture yet luxurious collaboration to the italian fashion scene.
