Luke Ray is an automotive designer and photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. Originally from Canterbury in the UK, Luke has worked as a designer for various automotive manufacturers around The World, and is currently one of the lead designers for a future global product coming out of the design centre of one of the major Automotive brands in Australia.

As well as working full time as a car designer, Luke is a photographer, working for various publications in Australia and abroad, as well as running his own personal project; Fuel MagazineTM. Based around Hot Rod culture in Australia, Fuel MagazineTM is a photography and art based magazine containing Luke’s photo work as well as material from talented artists around Australia. Currently in it’s first issue, it is scheduled to be published twice per year, and issue #2 is already well under way.

Luke finds inspiration for his design and photography from many aspects of life, ranging from a visit to The Milan Furniture Fair, a walk through the unique laneways of Melbourne, through to some down time with friends in the dry dusty climbs of the United Arab Emirates.
