This ultramodern concrete home utilizes a number of sustainable features including a geothermal system, rainwater collection and use of solar panels.
Main focal points for the design are views, access to the water, privacy and no view obstruction to uphill properties.

Built into the hillside, the home curves downward to fan out towards the ocean. Interiors feature Pennsylvania bluestone walls and beechwood acoustic ceiling panels. Retracting glass doors lead to an ironwood deck and pool.
