A brighter shade.
I was inspired by the natural light and shades through a window and the simple thing we do to adjust the light and also shut it out.
Instead of modern technology I wanted to honor the natural light and make a little tablewindow for those darker days here in north.
Personal info.
Josefin Helström Olson is 25 years old from Stockholm Sweden where she studies furniture design at Beckmans
School of Design. She will graduate spring 2010 but have already got her first piece in production, Pile of books. For the future she would like continue exploring unexpected meetings between materials and situations.
I like simplicity in combination with playfullness and is inspiered by everdaylife and in particular those simple things that we have a habit of forgetting.
