We’re getting closer to the Jimmy Choo for H&M launch and in less than three days (14t November), the collection will be out in stores and the “murder on the shop-floor” can begin. Jimmy Choo’s founder and president Tamara Mellon know her high heels but this is the first time she actually gets in touch with designing clothes. When the first pictures from the collection leaked out on the web, we could confirm that weather or not this lady has been into designing clothes before, she definitely knows what’s she’s doing. We’re pretty sure the studded gladiators, bracelets, zippered leather bags, the one-shoulder suede dresses in black and grey, leather trousers, fringed dress and the red and blue metallic strappy heels are sure to be a great success. The publicity around the collaboration collection is already beyond huge and it really deserves all the attention it gets. The 80′s inspired collection for women are well-cut and the mens are as sleek as we want it. Everything is made in Europe to remain the quality Jimmy Choo is famous for. The shoes are in real leather and the bags have metal hardware. Since the collection is more luxurious and upscale than H&M’s usual line, the prices has gone higher. You can find exactly everything you need in this “ultimate party wardrobe”. Myself, are after the leopard printed handbag, the sparkling flats and the fringed dress.

If you’re planning or hoping to get your hands on any of the pieces, make sure to get outside your local H&M store in time.  The chain have rules for the day and the first 160 people will get a bracelet with a specific shopping time they can use to buy the collection with and the rest will be let in sometime during the day (might take hours). You are limited to buy each and every piece in one size only. The PR’s for this collection has been getting calls about this since the collaboration was revealed in May and even though H&M have been doing everything in their power to limit the chaos, we’re sure people will do anything to get the collection. We’re expecting fashionistas to be queuing from midnight the day before.
