Anna Molinari decided to celebrate “the true pride of the Maison” in this collection: knitwear. Cream loops of threads decorate garments and accessories and enrich the silhouette with voluminous cuffs, shoulders and shawl collars.Tone on tone crafted wool gains shape and structure for a winter with a theme of warmth, comfort and contemporary elegance. Under layers of knit, angora and cashmere the sleekness of gold lamé pops out in some skirts, for an unusual yet very sophisticated effect.

Another signature of Blugirl is the maxi maculate, that’s been printed over dresses and blouses in lurex or embellished with sequins. The combination of very different fabrics gives new interesting alternatives and the luxe details on jersey and wool translate daywear into a sophisticated and lavish mood.

The collection, then, suddenly changes: the softness of wool and the playful animal prints leave the spot for glam-rock studded outfits and lingerie-like shifts of lace and ruffles. Girly and flirty during the day, Blugirl gets dark with silver reflections at night.
