Francis Kmiecik

Francis Kmiecik is an artist from Los Angeles by way of Chicago.  He graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. There he studied scientific & fashion illustration, animation, and film.  His recent bike animations were inspired by the growing Chicago bike community and the beautiful girls that ride them. The bicycle was the perfect object to challenge his technical interests.

Drawing fashionable women has always been a subject that interested him so it made perfect sense to combine both.  The animations are the start of a bigger project that will slowly take place in his free time from motion designing. You can see more of his work at Halfanese.com
