Federica Putelli
, well renowned fashion photographer, exemplifies what it means to follow your dream. After graduating from the Art Academy in Milan, where Federica first had the opportunity to experiment with the camera, she began to work as an assistant to a photographer. Although Federica valued the experience she was gaining in the industry, she needed the independence to truly explore her passion.
While working as an assistant taught her technical skills and allowed her to build her network, she did not have the opportunity to experiment with her ideas.
Fortunately, her experience with fashion photography landed her projects in Japan, New York, London and Paris, amongst others, where she independently managed couture shoots. Since, she has worked collaboratively with Conde Nast magazines such as Vanity Fair and Glamour and continues to work in Milan.
