Alexa Adams and Flora Gill clearly know fashion. Ohne Titel is refreshing. It’s always a pleasant surprise to find unique, bold designs that girls can actually wear off the runway without putting on a one-woman show Lady Gaga style.

Inspired by the first Apollo mission spacesuits, Ohne Titel’s AW2010 collection is futuristic and fierce. With short hemlines and fitted everything, the detailing stands out for its interesting use of zippers, shearling, wool and organza. What’s really noteworthy is the bold shoulders paired with the most feminine sleeves. Everything is draped as if with the same scientific precision of the suits that the collection is inspired by. And as with any AW collection, color is important, and it is commendable to see both metallic and warm colours come to life from sheer intelligence of design.

Booties are still very much in vogue, and Ohne Titel’s metallic-heeled stiletto versions are uber sexy.

Structured and well draped, the magnificence of this collection’s designs must be reiterated simply because it is so fashionably forward.
