Columbus 177 Prima
For the first time ever Italian Shipyard Palumbo produced a superyacht: the Columbus 177 Prima. The ca. 54 meter long yacht made up of steel and aluminum is characterized by large inside and outside spaces and a generally elegant and pure Italian design a la Sergio Cutolo with heaps of attention to detail. 350 square meters of surface area allow a plurality of lounging areas with incredible bright modern interior designed by Tommaso Spadolini creating different settings among the different lounges.
Prima’s main deck appears rather formal, while the upper deck is the second biggest salon with an informal and intimate setting with seating accommodation in broken white, coffee tables and a bar. The sundeck’s 20 meter long surface area presents sunbeds for the perfect tanning experience or a Jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation, while a dining lounge allows for romantic privacy. This deck reflects the integration of classy style with high end technology, as well as the best possible use of space. Thanks to this focus on efficiency, the two tenders are kept in internal facilities below the deck rather than having it use up deck area as it is the usually the case.
The yacht can host 12 guests besides the crew. Owner’s quarters are found on the fore main deck while on the lower deck there are 2 double rooms and 2 twins. Of course no one forgot about special VIP guests whose cabins are located on the elegant upper deck. All bed-chambers are kept in light colors with dark wood features giving an overall warm and welcoming atmosphere with a luxurious touch thanks to en-suite bathrooms.
But this is not all the 800 ton beauty has to offer: on top of all glamour it is environmentally friendly by employing low power consumption. For 24.000.000 Euros you might end up calling “Prima” your own.
