Dr. Lukáš Brežák is a Check freelance illustrator, designer, photographer and 3D-artis. He passed his childhood years in the midst of the October forest in North Moravia. Later in his early twenties he decided to move for the South in search of warmer weather, new habits and relationships. Lukáš reached out to become entrenched in the world of art, which led him to study at a secondary school of arts in Brno. There he “met” Caravaggio and his struggled life, next Francesco de Goya, Pablo Picasso, Edward Munch, Vermeer van Delft. The town got so familiar to him that he decided to stay there for good.
In the 1999’s Lukáš found the internet on his first “Blue” eMac. He started reaching materials of gifted artists such as Audrey Kawaski, Otto Bjornik, Daryl Mandryk, Yuto Onoda, Ryan Church and many more. Today Lukáš, founder of Surgery Minor Crafts (Cech Grafické Chirurgie), works around the clock day and night to keep up to with the flood of inspiration in his head. His “surgery” is neat, in many is intrinsically detailed but at the same time colorful and varied. His struggle is the fight for personal freedom, art, love and peace!
