Doo RXP-X 2012

For 7 decades, Canadian company, Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) has been a world leader in the design, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of motorized recreational vehicles and powersports engines. Today, the company offers brands such as Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, and many more.

The 2012 Sea-Doo RXP-X is one of the company’s latest inventions. The team at BRP noted that their goal was to deliver the best handling and performance, while making a bold and memorable visual statement at the same time.

And their efforts weren’t fruitless: The Sea-Doo RXP-X was awarded both for it’s impeccable performance (PWCToday.com “Ski of the year” award) and for it’s cutting-edge design (Red Dot product design in the transportation category).

So, what is so captivating about the BRP’s latest machine? At the first glance, it is certainly the design of the watercraft: the streamlined shape of a shark and the unexpected combination of glossy black and bright yellow makes this motorboat unforgettable. The motorboat’s Hull with extreme hard chine allows for more precise cornering, enhances lean in, cuts water and tracks better. ,,The shark” also features BRP latest innovation – the Ergolock system which consist of a fully adjustable handlebar, a dramatic hourglass saddle, and optimally placed foot rests. Together these three components help the rider to “lock” into one. Furthermore, the motorboat features an ECO mode that allows riders to improve fuel consumption up to 45%.

BRP’s latest machine is surely one to watch on the watercraft market. With excellent performance and sharp design, the 2012 Sea-Doo RXP-X lives up to it’s legacy.
