Short biography about Andrea Brugnera:
I was born in Treviso in 1980. In 2009 I earned the degree in “Industrie del Legno” (Wood industries) at the University of Padua with the thesis “Honeycomb cardboard furniture”, subject that have led me to specialize in cardboard installations and kids furniture. Since 2004, simultaneously to my university studies, I am working at Luciano Bertoncini Studio, dealing with design and representation in the Architecture, industrial design and brand identity field; With the Master Bertoncini I am learning every day the design profession and its aspects at 360°, from the idea, sometimes just a dream, to production.
I love to design and I like to manufacture by myself, if possible, the prototypes that I draw, getting my hands and glasses dirty. I prefer to use wood for my projects, because it spreads color and nature.
