The inspiration for the NARCISS spring/summer 2012 collection “ZIZE” was aunt Zize, who now is in her late eighties, has enjoyed a long, beautiful life which seemed to pass by with the blink of an eye. The collection has a slightly nostalgic mood, much like when aunt Zize dives into the memories of her youth; reminiscing about the summers she spent on the beach, her golden tan and all the rich and famous people whom the girls of that time desired to be alike. Those were the days when women celebrated their femininity to the fullest, and the style of the fashion icons was of such grandeur that they are still being referenced today. Vibrant and feminine, with a touch of unhinged glamour, the spring/summer 2012 collection by NARCISS celebrates the seductive power of femininity and youth.
