24V, dimmable linear lighting fixture with 45° adjustable light head. Perfect use for recessed lighting, wall mounted or as pendant. Ideal for wall washing, cove, display case or under cabinet lighting. High quality and homogeneous illumination over the entire lighting surface. To be used with scalable linear lighting strips from LED Linear. Designed for a power consumption and luminous flux from 10W/m (500lm/m) up to 42W/m (2400lm/m). CRI > 85 -92. Binning 3 McAdams. L70 of 50.000h. Available with 2 clip on diffusors. Further optics under development. Installation friendly, end to end or incremental placing without visible light scalloping between fixtures. Optimized cross section of 25,4mm x 31mm or 25,4mm x 36mm with 45° rotated lighting head. Length up to 600cm. Extruded aluminum body with Al end caps (RAL9006). Cable type and exit depending on application. Made in Germany.

xoolum is designed as a versatile two piece linear lighting fixture to offer hundreds of installation options. It comes with a small form factor maintaining an appealing look even in spacious architectural environments. The lighting head, 45° adjustable, keeps an continuous flat surface in the rotated position based on the octagonal shape of the light head. When tilted 45° the cross section changes from 25,4 x31 to 25,4 x 36. At the same time it can be either used as a down light (pendant or ceiling mounted) or as a wall washer. The intentionally designed contour edges/bezels perfect the look.

As a LED product with highly efficient LED Linear strip light technology of up to 100lm/W efficiency, operated at 24V DC, the product helps to safe energy for lighting. xoolum with it’s integrated reflector and operated without an opal or clear cover is optimized for cove and display lighting applications to throw the light where it is needed. Independent analysis reports from lighting designers prove that xoolum used with LED Linear strip APOLLO or ATON Plus in coves, outperforms T5 fluorescent by 30% (APOLLO 1,41Watt/Lux compared to T5 2,01 Watt/Lux) or 13% (ATON Plus 1,75 Watt/Lux) xoolum is based on well-known extrusion and anodizing technology for aluminum profiles.
The nature of the 45° adjustable light head requires to meet very tight and challenging manufacturing tolerances. LED Linear manages to maintain a high quality appearance and a good fit of the two pieces Al channel even over a length of 6 meter.
The used LED lighting strips are based on the LED Linear protected TjAway heat management technology, which warranties a quick spread to the ambient. Therefore even a 42W/m LED strip can be operated within the small cross section guarantying 50.000h lifetime (L70).
