INTRODUCTION

Design42day.com is an internation design platform managed by Parthecipe S.n.c. (Design42day), an Italian company based in Via G.Bugatti 12, 20144 Milano (MI).

Users, that is to say visitors, consumers, clients and anyone who can access www.design42day.com (the "Website") is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy as set out below.

Design42day does not require that you register in order to view its products or read User comments.

Registration is required to use certain interactive features such as posting comments, participating in the blog forums, in order to submit ideas, participate in Contest, vote, when you make a purchase or any time you provide information to Design42day about yourself.

You must be 18 years or older to register on the Website. If you're younger you can still participate, but the registration must be done on your behalf by a parent or guardian.

For the registration Desgn42day asks you "Personal Information" such as username, password, email address, Month and Year of birth and other personally-identifying information.

If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account, including actions that result in fees being charged to your account Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password.

7) YOUR ABILITY TO EDIT AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can edit your Design42day account information at any time by visiting your account profile page.
We reserve the right to use your Personal Information in order to send you certain communications relating to the Design42day service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Design42day account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
You can deactivate your Design42day account at any time by cancelling your account on the account profile page.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you are a User accessing the Website from other region than European Union please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, which is governed by European Union law and this Privacy Policy as incorporated in our Terms of Use, you will be transferring your Personal Information into the European Union and you consent to that transfer.

9) ITALIAN LAW

These contract shall be governed by the Laws of Italy. The Courts of law at Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms. The use of Website/services thereon is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
