A corner of privacy in the middle of a public space was created by designers from Knauf and Brown studio. The screen made of the wooden slats reminds of the tall grass behind which the predators are hiding. It doesn’t alienate those who sit behind it but creates a barrier essential to feel secure while still being able to observe the world outside.
The design of Hull sofa is highly flexible allowing to combine several blocks in order to create a piece of furniture suitable for a specific place. The slats of white ash can easily be replaced if needed.
