Conceptually classic, there is a fresh name carving through gems and maneuvering silver. Moran Porat, a contemporary jewelry designer graduated in Jewelry Design by the Shenkar College of Design, in Israel, is the name behind unhidden treasures.
Between glimpses and cuts of classic elements of jewelry design, her artistry is inspired in her nurtured and unapologetic admiration for Fashion and textile manipulation. Moran Porat puts to practice her technical skills and artistic flavor through the handmade construction of each piece, carrying in great detail to silver crafting and gemstone setting.
Painted textiles exude sober sensuality through a diverse range of neutral colors, evoking unconditional and timeless elegance. Stones are impressed into the fabric by a technique signed under Porat’s name, simulating or emulating each gem. The complexity of this technique is beautifully shadowed by the simplicity of each piece.
